    The mind is often the missing link in our beauty/health/fitness regimes. 

     

    We don’t fully appreciate that the strain of 24/7 fast paced living
    causes an imbalance in our nervous systems, creating hyper-stimulation,
    leading to racing thoughts making it hard to ‘switch off’. 

    This disrupts our sleep, digestion and energy levels. 

    More subtly, this affects how we feel day to day. The subtle, cumulative
    build up of stress can easily manifest as negative emotions, anxiety
    and contribute to low body confidence.
