Designed to fully support your cleansing programme, or as a stand alone for those curious to explore meditation, this session takes you on a blissful journey to re-connect mind and body.
Starting with the breath to ground and slow down, external distractions float away, and we can begin to let go of undigested emotions to aid the detoxification process. Then we will explore mantra and visualisation to boost self-image, cultivate acceptance and strengthen body positivity.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation or you’ve had lots of experience, you’re likely to leave feeling grounded, relaxed, more connected to yourself. This is also a great session to experience and learn different meditation techniques to continue practising at home.
